This is a scene I often see when walking in Newtown, Powys, Wales in winter: warm sunlight passing through the gothic windows of an abandoned church and hitting old frosty gravestones. I created the study at the time of senseless vandalism against monuments around the world. I hope many people share my feelings that the history should be preserved for the future generations.
